Are your pieces really handmade?+
Yes — every single piece is crocheted by hand in our small home studio. No machines, no mass production. That's also why each item carries its own little personality.
How long does an order take?+
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 2–3 working days. Made-to-order items take 7–14 working days, and custom or larger pieces may take 2–4 weeks.
Do you take custom orders?+
We do, and we love them. Head to our Custom Orders page or write to us on Instagram or WhatsApp with what you have in mind — colour, size, and the story behind it.
Are your products safe for babies and pets?+
Absolutely. We use baby-safe, skin-friendly yarns and avoid small detachable parts. For pets, we craft pieces that are soft, breathable, and easy to clean.
How do I care for my crochet piece?+
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent, press out water softly, and dry flat in the shade. Avoid wringing or direct sunlight to keep it soft for years.
Do you ship internationally?+

Can I return or exchange an item?+
Non-custom pieces can be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable. See our Policies page for full details.
