Terms & conditions

Products are handmade and may have small variations in finish. Please review the product description, sizing and creation time before ordering; colours may appear different across screens.

Order acceptance, delivery charges and applicable taxes are confirmed during checkout. Custom requests and measurements must be agreed with the studio.

Use pet products only with a suitable fit and supervision. Bed weight ranges describe fit; hammock fit ranges are not tested load ratings. Contact the studio to confirm safe installation and load limits before use.
